The client acquired a site that had previously been started with foundation and floor slab already had been installed. After ensuring the necessary sign off had been documented we built 3 no 4 bed houses on an old storage site. Funding was obtained through Commercial acceptances. GDV £1.5 milllion

The Ranch House
Conversion of a derelict pub into 2 units a 5 bed and a 2 bed house. Working with an existing structure the refurb to convert from a pub to a houses was a challenge. many of the feature of the pub didn't comply with current domestic regulations. Working with building control we achieved the  work and complete conversion in 12 months. Funding by Precise. GDV £750K

Obtained planning and funding for a double side extension and single rear extension to a semi detached house. Creating 4 bed home with a large dinner kitchen and 2 reception rooms. Works completed in 8 months. Funding by Precise. GDV 225K
Nazeing
Coburg Cottage
Planning permission was obtained on an infil site in Nazeing Essex for a 4 bedroom Bungalow within the village boundaries. A nice easy site once permission was obtained the site was built and handed over in 12 months. Funding was obtained through Lloyds bank GDV £850K
